Just Starting Out: Try Affilate Marketing

If you’re just starting out online one of the best, if not the best, ways to begin making some decent money is through affiliate marketing.
While you want to eventually get to selling your own products, affiliate marketing is a great way to learn this whole mysterious little world called Internet Marketing.
Affiliate marketing is selling a product or service, but not your own, for a commission or percentage of the profit.
The advantages of affiliate marketing are numerous. Here are some of the bigger ones:
- You don’t need your own product or service
- No inventory, fulfillment, and customer support headaches
- Well established business model
- Proven to make money
- Low start-up costs
- Almost zero risk
- Freedom
With affiliate marketing, you remove the headaches of trying to come up with a product idea, develop it, and iron out the logistics.
There are no fulfillment worries, customer support hassles or logistical nightmares. All that is handled by the product owner. Your only responsibility is driving prospects to the product website, making a sale, and collecting affiliate checks.
The affiliate model has been around the Internet for more than 10 years and is used by the likes of Amazon, Wal-Mart, and others to generate huge profits. Affiliate marketing is a multi-billion-dollar-a-year business.
The best part is it takes very little coin to get started. I personally know people who began with less than $50 and built six-and-seven figure affiliate marketing businesses.
You can run this type of business from anywhere in the world as long as you have a computer and an Internet connection. It’s not terribly complicated or difficult to get started and making money.
Personal freedom, money, easy to start, and no product creation or fulfillment hang-ups. Affiliate marketing is a great way to get going on the ‘net and a fabulous business model to have in your money-making arsenal for the long haul.
